The Mercedes-Benz W123 generation (1976–1986) is widely celebrated as the benchmark for reliability and legendary build quality, but the ‘V123’ limousine (or Lang) variant stands as a rare and exclusive version of this iconic executive car. These limousines were low-volume products, available only via niche ordering. The W123 Lang features a significantly extended chassis with a 3,425 mm wheelbase, designed to accommodate up to seven passengers via a three-row seating configuration, or to serve as a prestigious, chauffeur-driven saloon.

This particular consignment is a genuine factory Lang model, originally specified with an automatic transmission and right-hand drive. While the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) indicates the chassis was originally configured as a 240D Turbodiesel, it has since been professionally converted and is currently powered by a smooth and potent fuel-injected 2.8-liter inline-six petrol engine. The car is presented in a metallic blue exterior over a tan interior, both of which are noted to be non-original specifications. This limousine was first registered in Thailand in 1989 and is currently owned by Khun Boonchai Bencharongkul, adding notable provenance.

The vehicle’s current status reflects meticulous care, as it is currently kept in a climate-controlled air-conditioned room, and benefits from regular warm-up sessions to ensure its continued mechanical health and road-readiness.
